Straight Rye Whiskey

Manhattan

• 2 oz Junction 35 Straight Rye

• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth

• 2 Dashes Bitters

• Garnish: Cherry (or lemon twist, if preferred)

Add the Rye Whiskey, sweet vermouth, and bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a cherry (or a lemon twist, if preferred). *This cocktail is not served at Junction 35 Kitchen & Bar due to the addition of Vermouth. J35 Kitchen & Bar does serve a variation on a traditional Manhattan. However, it does not contain Vermouth.
